The Great Freedom Initiative is the people’s answer to national and global development.
Every year, the World Economic Forum meets in Davos, Switzerland, to bring together political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas that impact all of us. But We the People are not invited to participate or inform their planning and programming, and things have only gotten worse when it comes to representation and consent, individual rights and freedoms, and the levels of peace and prosperity in the world.
This year, in response to COVID-19, the World Economic Forum is starting “The Great Reset” initiative in a global attempt to transform capitalism and “revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed.”
There is an urgent need for We the People to:
- Re-engage in public affairs and start paying the price of liberty: eternal vigilance.
- Invoke our sovereignty as free and independent persons, unite into a global freedom movement (the Global Freedom Force), and take strategically coordinated actions to regain and retain sufficient control over those entrusted with the powers of government and society.
- Exert our ultimate power and authority, “drive” governments and institutions back upon the universal principles of human freedom and produce reforms peaceably.
In 2021, SOVVY will start The Great Freedom Initiative–of, by and for the people. We will host our own annual gathering in the center of the Americas, where indigenous peoples have been left behind and poverty and inequality are persistently high.
The Great Freedom Initiative will bring together business, political, academic, and other leaders of society together with We the People to shape global, regional, and industry plans and programs that are based upon the universal principles of human freedom, with the goal of advancing freedom, peace, and prosperity for all people.
